MyUpdates
Register for MyUpdates and stay in control of your account with SMSs alerting you of activities on your accounts.
With MyUpdates you'll have the comfort in always knowing where your account stands and when money goes in or out of it. You'll even be able to identify and report any transactions that you may be suspicious of or did not authorise.
Types of activities on your account that you'll be alerted to include purchases, withdrawals, transfers, account payments and even deposits.
Make your choice
You may choose between our free MyUpdates Lite service or the paid-for MyUpdates Maxi. The difference lies in the number of alerts on the number of accounts.
MyUpdates Lite
With this free option you can be alerted on only one of your accounts. You'll get only 12 SMS alerts a month. Each will show your latest account balance.
MyUpdates maxi
For a nominal monthly fee you'll be able to have an unlimited number of alerts on up to nine accounts. Plus you may select to get balances on these accounts sent to you every day or once a week.

To register call us on 0860 123 107 or visit a Standard Bank branch near you. Besides a cellphone you'll need the AutoBank or credit card your accounts are linked to and agree to our terms and conditions.
