Monthly subscription fee
There is a monthly subscription fee for using Internet banking. You are excluded from this fee if you are:
- A Classic Plus account holder
- A Consolidator Plus account holder
- An Achiever Plus account holder
- An Elite Plus account holder
- A Med Elite Plus account holder
- A Prestige Plus current account holder
- A Student Achiever account holder
- A (sum)1 account holder
- Business AutoCard account holder (Business AutoCard holders who use the service fee rebate option on
their current account, are not exempt from this subscription fee.)
The subscription fee is charged on every unique card registered for Internet banking. If you opt to use your AutoBank card and your MasterCard, you will be charged separately for each card.
Transaction fees
You will be charged the normal Electronic transfer fee based on the account you have. To view these charges, click here and select your account type.
You will also be charged for unpaid future-dated payments if there are insufficient funds in your account to cover them. For more information on account fees, click here.
