- Ensure that you have a valid Standard Bank card and an ATM PIN or customer-selected PIN (CSP) to set up your self-service banking profile
- Create your self-service banking profile
- You can create your self-service banking profile by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0860 123 108 or on our Internet site by clicking here.
step by step guide
After creating your self-service banking profile you are ready to personalise your telephone banking service
This is a quick and easy process, during which we will ask you for the following information:
- Language choice. You can choose from English, Afrikaans or Zulu
- To accept our terms and conditions for using the service
- You can choose to have the balances on the accounts of your choice read to you when you access the service.
This information is stored as your personalisation data and you will not have to repeat the process every time you call in. You can, of course, change this information at anytime. Please note that when the terms and conditions change you will be asked to re-accept them. They will also be read to you every six months.
