If you have registered for telephone, Internet or cellphone banking all you need is a touch-tone telephone with a * (star) and # (hash) keys, or a cellphone.
Linking accounts
Ensure that you link the accounts you want to pay to your AutoBank, MasterCard, Business AutoBank or E Plan card. You can link up to nine accounts to your card, including your current account, home loan, credit card, investment and revolving credit loan accounts.
Note: You need to visit a branch to have your accounts linked to your card. If you are an Internet banking user you can send a secure message via Internet banking to your branch to have your accounts linked.
