All our calls are recorded for your security. If at any time during your call you wish to speak to one of our consultants, you will be given a reference number, memorise it or write it down, as you will need to give it to the consultant.

To ensure your security when using telephone banking, please remember the following tips regarding your customer-selected PIN (CSP):
  • Never give your CSP to anyone, even the consultant who is assisting you
  • When creating your CSP, there is a manual authorisation process, this is for your security
  • When creating your CSP, do not use your date of birth or the first five digits of your identity number
