What is a pre-paid airtime recharge?
It is a facility that allows you to buy Cell C, MTN, Vodacom, Virgin Mobile and Telkom airtime.
When will I receive the airtime?
The recharge for cellphones is automatic. The Telkom recharge voucher number, which is issued to you, must be entered on your Telkom telephone.
Can the pre-paid airtime recharge purchase be reversed?
No, the purchase is irreversible. You must check your details before confirming the purchase.
Can I reprint the Telkom recharge voucher?
Yes, the last voucher purchased can be reprinted within 48 hours from the original purchase time.
Can I set up future-dated recharges?
Yes on Internet banking, all the details can be captured beforehand and your cellphone's airtime will be recharged on the selected date.
Can I capture a recurring recharge?
Yes on Internet banking, once you have captured your details, your cellphone's airtime will be recharged at regular intervals.
What are the costs for recharging my phone using Standard Bank channels?
There are no transaction fees for recharging you phone online.
