You can use the automated service to recharge your prepaid airtime.

Below are the easy steps you need to follow to recharge airtime:
  • Dial 0860 123 108 from your landline
  • You will be asked to enter your card number
  • You will be asked to enter your customer-selected PIN (CSP)
  • Select option 5 from the main menu
  • Select option 1 for prepaid services
  • Select Cell C, MTN, Virgin Mobile or Vodacom
  • Select the account
  • Enter amount
  • The amount and cellphone number is presented to you for confirmation
You will receive an SMS confirming that your airtime has been recharged.
