You can use the automated service to recharge your prepaid airtime.
Below are the easy steps you need to follow to recharge airtime:
- Dial 0860 123 108 from your landline
- You will be asked to enter your card number
- You will be asked to enter your customer-selected PIN (CSP)
- Select option 5 from the main menu
- Select option 1 for prepaid services
- Select Cell C, MTN, Virgin Mobile or Vodacom
- Select the account
- Enter amount
- The amount and cellphone number is presented to you for confirmation
You will receive an SMS confirming that your airtime has been recharged.
Note: To use telephone banking you need to use your card number and customer-selected PIN from your self-service banking profile. If you do not have a self-service banking profile click here for more information.
