You can amend your initial balance request; change your CSP, Select to use your keypad always, Change faxing details, change language

Overdrafts
You can apply to increase or decrease your overdraft limit. For more information on overdrafts, click here.
Log off
You can say log off to exit telephone banking from anywhere in the menu
Main menu
To cancel a transaction, say "main menu"
You can select to use the keypad for this call only. The next time you call in you will revert back to speech banking.
