What is a self-service banking profile?
It is a single registration that gives you access to our Internet, telephone and cellphone banking services.
Who needs a self-service banking profile?
- All existing and new telephone and cellphone banking customers.
- All new Internet banking customers
- All prepaid users who recharge their cellphone via the telephone ie 565 or 11333
All existing Internet banking customers will automatically have a self-service banking profile and do not need to create one.
How to create a self-service banking profile
- You can create your self-service banking profile by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 0860 123 000 or through our Internet site by clicking here.
- You must have a valid Standard Bank card and an ATM PIN or customer-selected PIN (CSP) to set up your self-service banking profile.

- One point of registration for telephone, cellphone and Internet banking.
- Increased security because you will be notified via SMS or email when there is activity on your self-service banking profile.
