For a reduced additional fixed monthly fee, your spouse or life partner will receive: Their own Prestige current account as a secondary account off the main account holder's account Their own statements sent to the address of their choice The account can be opened in the name of the main account holder, or that of the spouse or life partner As the main account holder has the annual card fee for their MasterCard credit card included, which covers the secondary card, no additional fees will be charged if this option is taken. A garage card can be linked to the MasterCard A secondary account holder may conduct their account at a branch other than the main accountholder's branch Note The main accountholder takes full responsibility for the conduct of the account by the secondary account holder. Your branch can supply you with a specimen copy of the letter your spouse or life partner must submit, which authorises the opening of the secondary account and acknowledges that you, as the main account holder, accept responsibility for the account. The granting of packaged accounts to individuals is intended for their personal use, so a secondary account may not be opened in the name of a trust or other business entity.
