Elite account (previously known as Pro-Elite)
Existing Pro-Elite accounts will now be known as Elite. There will be no changes to the package's features and benefits.
If you earn over R10 000 a month you qualify for an Elite account.
These are the key elements of the package:
- Cheques certifiable up to R1 000, making them more readily accepted by merchants
- A Standard Bank Gold Credit card with a negotiable limit for local and international purchases. You can link your card to either SAA's Voyager Miles programme or the British Airways Executive Club
- The convenience of 24-hour electronic banking at any ATM or bank from your home or office with our telephone, cellphone and Internet banking services
- A Gold MasterCard cheque card for local and international purchases
