We have appointed a full-time charter
coordinator, at an executive management level,
to drive the process of integrating the charter
objectives and targets with our corporate business
objectives. In addition, all business units involved
in implementation have dedicated resources to
achieve a successful outcome. It is vital that
our business units responsible for different aspects
of the charter collaborate closely and share important
knowledge and best practice to create maximum
synergy.
