With our telephone banking service you can bank whenever you want to from anywhere.
You can top-up your prepaid airtime, check your balances, transfer money between your accounts, and pay your beneficiaries, at anytime
of the day or night.
All you need to use telephone banking is:
- A landline touch-tone telephone or a cellphone
- Your (sum)1 card number to use as your customer card number
- A CSP, which must be different from your ATM PIN but the same as the one you use for Internet banking
If you don't have a CSP you can create one by calling telephone banking on 0860 123 108 and speaking to a consultant. Our consultants
are available from Monday to Friday between 8am and 9pm or on weekends and public holidays from 8am to 4pm.
