SMS Notifications

Register for Notifications (Please note: this is a free service)

Register (step 1)

  • Click on Profile
  • Select the alert services you require and insert your cell number
  • Click on continue
  • Confirm the requested details

Activate service (step 2)

  • Click on Back to Notification
  • Confirm your details, your account is in a pending status
  • Click on the link provided in the following sentence on the status page:"To activate your profile using the six-digit code sent to you via SMS, click here"
  • Enter the six digit code sent via SMS to your cell phone
  • Click continue
  • Click confirm

To reactivate your code
If you have lost or forgotten your six-digit activation code you will be able to resend it to your phone.

  • From the status page click on the Resend activation code link.
  • You will now be on the amend page, tick next to Resend the activation code,
  • Click on Continue and the code will be sent to your phone.
  • Return to the notification page where you will need to click the activation link and be able to enter the code and activate your requested services.

Amend cell number
If you need to update or change your cellphone number or any of the services:

  • Click on Notification
  • Click on Amend
  • You will now be on the amend page where you are able to change your information.

Deregister sms notifications

  • Click on Profile
  • Click on Notification from the sub menu
  • Click on the Amend link.
  • You will now be on the amend page where you should tick Cancel SMS alerts, click on Continue and you will be deregistered from all services.
  • Your status will change to Deactivated
