We do not cover death or permanent disability resulting from an accident that occurs under the following circumstances:
- Where the insured person is directly or indirectly involved in any unlawful or criminal activity.
- Where the claim is related to pre-existing physical conditions, medical conditions, or illnesses.
- Where the accident occurred before the start date of the policy cover.
- Where the insured person is engaged in illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Driving without a valid driver’s licence.
- Operating a vehicle while the blood alcohol level exceeds the legal limit.
- Premiums depend on the amount of cover you choose
- There’s a 31-day, no-obligation period to cancel your policy
- Cover is available for you, your spouse(s)/partner(s), your children, or your whole family

What is a spouse or partner?
A spouse or partner is a husband, wife, legal partner or a long-term romantic partner whom you have lived with permanently and continuously in the same household for at least six months. Your spouse(s)/partner(s) must be named in the policy schedule.
