How soon can I start accepting payments?

Once your account is open and your card machine is delivered, you can start transacting immediately.

What fees are associated with the Beauty Boss Bundle?

Fees may include a fixed monthly account fee, device costs and transaction fees. All pricing will be clearly communicated during onboarding.

What happens if I already have a merchant device from another bank?

You may qualify for a  special offer when you move your merchant device and business account to Standard Bank. Our team will assist with the transition.

Is insurance included in the bundle?

Starter insurance is available as an optional add-on. You can request a quote during the onboarding process

Can I get other products that are not included in the bundle?

Yes. Our team will guide you and, where necessary, refer you to the relevant team that can assist with detailed information on the product you’re enquiring about. 

What if I'm not in the beauty industry?

The bundle is open to all businesses, you can start using it right away.
