- Company Structure/ Shareholding with the allocated percentages- Organogram showing all levels of shareholding and IDs of shareholders holding 10% and above
Close Corporation
- Legal Documents: -Certificate of Registration (COR 14.3) or founding documents issued by the Company Registar
