Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI)
A Self-Certification Form is required to help us determine your tax residency and comply with international tax reporting regulations, including the Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). The information you provide enables us to maintain accurate records and meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Who Needs to Complete the Form?
The Self-Certification Form must be completed by:
- Individuals opening or holding an account or financial product.
- Businesses, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities opening or maintaining an account.
- Existing customers whose circumstances or tax residency details have changed.
- New customers as part of the account opening or onboarding process.
Providing accurate and complete information helps ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prevents delays in processing applications or servicing accounts. If your tax residency or personal details change, you should submit an updated Self-Certification Form as soon as possible.
