Follow our steps on how to buy electricity online:
- Sign into your Banking App
- Tap “Buy” in the bottom navigation area
- On the “Buy” screen, select “Electricity”
- Tap on the “Meter Number” field and enter your electricity meter number
- Enter your cellphone number as your electricity token will be sent via SMS
- Next, enter the amount you’d like to purchase
- Tap on “Pay From” to choose which account you will be using to pay for the electricity
- Tap “Review” at the bottom
- If you are happy with the details of this transaction, tap “Confirm”
- The confirmation screen will confirm your purchase

- Tap “Confirm” if you want to proceed
- The confirmation screen will show whether your purchase was successful or not
