Making a payment with your Trusted Person
Your Trusted Person will confirm your payment before the money leaves your account.
Step 1 of 11
On the home screen, tap Transact on the bottom navigation.
Step 2 of 11
Tap Pay.
Step 3 of 11
Tap Somebody new.
Note:
The payment verification will also apply if you choose the ADD NEW BENEFICIARY option.
Step 4 of 11
Capture the payment details of the person you would like to pay.
Tap NEXT.
Step 5 of 11
Review your payment details, then tap Confirm.
Step 6 of 11
A confirmation request will now be sent to your Trusted Person to double-check if the payment you’re making is safe.
Note:
Tap RESEND REQUEST if your Trusted Person doesn’t confirm within the given time frame.
Step 7 of 11
Your Trusted Person you will get a push notification to urgently review your payment.
Step 8 of 11
Your Trusted Person will review your payment, and can CONFIRM or DECLINE the payment.
Step 9 of 11
If your Trusted Person confirms the transaction, they must authorise the payment using their biometric or unique app code.
Step 10 of 11
Once confirmed, your Trusted Person will receive a confirmation that the payment was successful.
Step 11 of 11
You will then get a notification that your payment was successful.
