Once your account is active, you can download or email your Bank Account Confirmation Letter and share it with your employer to request an update to your salary payment details.

Once you have submitted your form, here’s what you can expect:
- If we don’t have an existing arrangement with a service provider whose debit order you’d like to move, one of our specialists will arrange a conference call with you and the service provider, and guide the process to move your debit order to your new account.
- The process typically takes up to 30 days to complete, depending on the service providers involved and availability of information.
