Buy prepaid electricity
Learn how to buy electricity in a few easy steps on the app.
Step 1 of 6
Go to your home screen and tap Buy (on the bottom navigation)
Step 2 of 6
Tap on Electricity from the list of prepaid services.
Step 3 of 6
Complete your prepaid purchase details:
- Meter number
- Cellphone number
- Amount
Step 4 of 6
Select the account you want to pay from and tap REVIEW.
Step 5 of 6
Review your payment details. When you’re ready, tap CONFIRM.
Note:
To change your prepaid purchase details, use the back button (in the header) to return to the previous screen.
Step 6 of 6
All done! You can share your prepaid purchase details by tapping the share icon.
Tap DONE to return to the Buy screen.
