Open accounts

  • Click on Account services
  • Click on Open accounts from the sub menu
  • Choose the investment type- Call deposit, Fixed or Notice
  • Click on Continue
  • Select the account you want to transact from
  • Enter the amount you want to invest
  • Select the account to which capital and interest should be paid.
  • Complete the application form depending on the investment type selected
  • Click on Continue
  • Check the details on the confirmation screen
  • Click on Confirm

Savings - Money Market Call account

  • Click on Account services
  • Click on Open accounts from the sub menu
  • Select the account type from drop down box
  • Select MoneyMarket Call account from the drop down box
  • Click on Continue
  • Select the account you want to transfer from
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer (minimum amount is R250 000)
  • Select the Interest payment cycle you would like (either monthly or at maturity)
  • Select your account to which capital and interest should be paid
  • Click on the Terms and Conditions link to view the terms and conditions
  • Click on the Interest rates link to view the interest rates
  • Click on Continue
  • Check the details on the confirmation screen
  • Click on Confirm
  • Click on Print to get the hard copy of the results page

Savings - E-Plan

  • Click on Account services
  • Click on Open Accounts from the sub-menu
  • Select the account type from the drop down box
  • Select E Plan from this drop down box
  • Click on Continue
  • Select your account you want to transfer funds from
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer (minimum amount is R50)
  • Click on the Terms and Conditions link to view the terms and conditions
  • Click on the Interest rates link to view the interest rates
  • Click on Continue
  • Check the details on the confirmation screen
  • Click on Confirm
  • Click on Print to get the hardcopy of the results page.
