Money Movements add-on

• To begin, sign into your Banking App on your mobile device
• You will land on your Banking App home screen
• Then select the Add-on Store icon (in the top left-hand corner)

• You are now in the Add-on Store
• Select the search icon (in the top right-hand corner)

• Type "Money movements" into the search bar
• You will now see the Money Movements  add-on tile
• Select the ADD button

• Your Money Movements add-on is now loaded onto your Banking App home screen
• Select DONE to return to your home screen

Your Money Movements add-on will now appear in the Add-ons drawer (in the lower section of your home screen).

Hint: You can swipe up on this section to see all your add-ons

Now let's show you how to use your Money Movements add-on ...

The Money Movements add-on gives you a snapshot of your earnings and spending habits on a monthly basis by categorising your transactions.

Now tap on the Money Movements tile to view your details.

This view gives you a summary of money coming into and going out of your account, for the current month as well as previous months.

Let's tap the pencil icon (edit button) to customise your date range.

Choose the start date for your monthly date range, based on what works best for you!

Now tap on UPDATE START DATE to save your selection.

Now tap on the Money in tile to view more details about your income.

Here you will now see a categorised view of transactions that have come into your account, for the current month as well as previous months.

Use your average money in to see how money coming into your account for the current month, compares to previous months.

When you are done, select the back arrow to return to the Money Movements summary screen.

Now tap on the Money out tile to view more details about your expenses.

You will now see a categorised view of transactions that are going out of your account for the current month as well as previous months.

Use your average money out to see how your spending for the current month, compares to previous months. 

Tap on the drop-down arrow if you would like to see which transactions are grouped within these pre-defined categories.

Now you can move a transaction from one category to another by simply tapping on the menu next to the transaction.

Tap on the category you would like the transaction to be moved to.

If you have other similar transactions you would like to move to at the same time, select the transactions from the list and tap on MOVE (on the top navigation). 

Alternatively, you can move just a single transaction by tapping MOVE without selecting any other similar transactions.

Next, tap on WHERE I SPEND to get more information on your spending habits.

You will now see a breakdown of where you shop, as well as how much you typically spend each time you shop.

You can also view your transactions by tapping one of the drop-down down arrows.

When you are ready, select the back arrow to return to the summary of Money in and Money out (previous screen).

All done!

Use these Money Movements views regularly to stay on top of how you manage your money.

Finally select the back arrow to return to your home screen.
