Send a proof of payment
Need a proof of payment? Download or send one directly from your transaction history!
Step 1 of 9
To begin, go to your home screen and select the account you made the payment from.
Step 2 of 9
Tap TRANSACTIONS from the menu on the top of the screen.
Step 3 of 9
Tap LOAD MORE TRANSACTIONS to see more of your transactions.
Step 4 of 9
Find and tap on the beneficiary payment you made from your list of transactions.
Note
Your beneficiary payment will be shown as: IB PAYMENT TO

Open the Proof of payment menu options on the Transaction details screen.
Step 6 of 9
Tap SEND.
Step 7 of 9
Choose send option for your proof of payment.
Let's choose Email, and capture the email address.
Note
You can also change the name of the email recipient
Step 8 of 9
Yap Send.
Step 9 of 9
All done!
Your proof of payment has been successfully sent.
