Reset a forgotten app code

Learn how to reset your app code in just a few steps

Step 1 of 10

To begin, select Forgot your app code?

Step 2 of 10

Select NEXT.

Step 3 of 10

Enter your Username, then select NEXT.

Step 4 of 10

For your security you'll need to enter a few more details.

Enter your card number, followed by your Card PIN.

Once you've done that, select VERIFY.

Step 5 of 10

Check your phone for a one-time PIN (OTP) which we'll send to you.

Enter the OTP to continue.

Hint: OTPs don't always arrive immediately. Wait a bit, or select RESEND to get a new one.

Step 6 of 10

Select START.

Step 7 of 10

Now you can choose how you'd like to sign in.

Select App code. You can of course also select fingerprint or face recognition, depending on what device you use.

Step 8 of 10

Enter a new app code.

Note that this is not your ATM PIN.

Step 9 of 10

Finally, enter your new app code once more.

Step 10 of 10

All done!

Use your new app code to sign in to the app or online banking.
