Change your sign-in details

If your Digital ID email address you use to sign into the app with has changed - simply change it in a few easy steps!
Step 1 of 8

To begin, go to your home screen and select the More  (on the bottom navigation).

Now select your profile (on the top), to retrieve your profile information.

Next, select the Sign-in details meu option.

On the Sign-in details screen you can change your:

  • Preferred name
  • Email Address
  • Username (this is the app username you will use to sign-in to Internet Banking)
  • Password

Let’s choose to change your Email Address.

Now enter your new Email address and select SAVE when you are done.

Next, enter the 5 digit profile verification code which has been sent to your new email address.

Then select DONE.

Your details have been changed successfully.

All done! You’ll be returned to your Profile screen.

Now select the back button (in the header) to return to your home screen and continue to bank.
