Make an immediate payment

Learn how to make an Immediate Payment to a beneficiary in a few easy steps

Step 1 of 8

To begin, go to your home screen and select Transact.

Select Pay.

Step 3 of 8

Find your beneficiary you want to make an immediate payment to. Select PAY next to the beneficiary name.

Step 4 of 8

Select the account from which you want to pay from. Enter the amount you want to pay.

Now next to the Immediate payment option, toggle the switch to the right.

Step 5 of 8

Complete your payment details.

When you are ready to send, select the REVIEW button at the top.

Check that all the details are correct. Then when you are ready send the payment, select CONFIRM.

Step 7 of 8

Once you've received your One Time Pin, enter the numbers into the spaces provided.

Step 8 of 8

All done! Your immediate payment has been successfully submitted.
