To begin, go to our Standard Bank online banking website and select the SIGN-IN option.
Now enter your username (or email address) and select SIGN IN.
On the sign in screen, select the SIGN IN WITH A PASSWORD option.
Next, enter your password and select SIGN IN.
A timer message will appear informing you that a notification has been sent to your mobile device.
Now, check your phone and tap on the Standard Bank Authorisation push notification that has been sent to your device.
You only have 3 minutes to approve the notification
Next, select YES on your mobile device to confirm that you're signing into Internet Banking.
Finally, depending on your sign-in preference that you have selected, you need to sign-in with your:
- App code
- Touch Id (fingerprint)
- Face ID (face scan)
You have now successfully confirmed that you're signing into internet banking.
You'll also receive a SMS confirmation that you have signed in!
You should now be signed into your Standard Bank Internet Banking.
