Mobile: How to view your account balance

One of the most common obstacles to maintaining a healthy credit record is losing track of one’s account balance. Our Banking App makes it possible to track your accounts in real time, wherever you are.

  1. Download the Banking App.
  2. Launch the Banking app on your mobile device.
  3. If this is your first time using the Banking app, you will need to register for the service.
  4. If you have already registered for the service, you will be able to tap on the “Sign In” button.
  5. To proceed, you will need to enter your App Code when prompted. If you have activated biometrics on your device, you may instead be asked to sign in using your fingerprint reader.
  6. Once you have successfully signed in, you’ll see that your screen account dashboard. This shows you a brief summary of all your linked accounts. Learn how to link your bank accounts.
  7. Tap on the account you wish to view.
  8. You are now on the “Overview” screen. This screen shows you your available balance and your current balance. It also shows you your most recent transactions to help you track recent activity.

It’s important to always know how much money is in your accounts. By regularly checking your balance on the Banking App, you can avoid embarrassing situations at the checkout counter, and be instantly alerted to any unauthorised activity on your account.
