Signing into internet banking using the app

To begin, go to the online banking site and enter your email address.

You should see the QR code screen.

Now open your banking app and select SCAN QR.

Point your camera at the QR code on your computer. Your phone should scan it automatically.

If you look at the online banking site again you'll see that it's waiting for you to confirm that you're signing in.

Let's do that now!

Check your phone and select YES to confirm that you're signing in to online banking.

Next, you'll be asked to enter an app code or your fingerprint in the app, depending on how you previously chose to sign in. 

You have now successfully confirmed that you're signing into our online banking site.

All done!

You should now be signed in to the online banking site.
